DELIVERY INFORMATION
At American Made Beds, we handle delivery ourselves — no third-party shippers or middlemen. Every order is delivered directly to your door by our local team.
Delivery is fast, personal, and available throughout South Florida — from Miami to Port St. Lucie. We often offer same-day or next-day delivery depending on availability.
All beds and mattresses come brand-new, sealed, and ready to set up. Delivery is FREE. Our goal is simple: make the process easy, honest, and reliable from start to finish.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items are fully inspected and approved by the customer at the time of delivery. Once an item has been inspected and accepted, returns or exchanges are only accepted in the event of a verified manufacturing defect reported within 7 days of delivery.
Because all products are brand new and sealed for hygiene reasons, items must remain unused and in their original packaging. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
